Revitalize Milwaukee

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Revitalize Milwaukee is a nonprofit committed to improving the health and safety of homeowners by providing free critical home repairs. Their services focus on low income seniors, veterans, and people living with disabilities, addressing issues such as mold, structural concerns, and plumbing and electrical hazards. Their challenge was finding an effective way to raise awareness while delivering clear and trustworthy messaging that could educate the community and resonate.
As the designer on this project, I developed a campaign system framed by the headline “One Repair at a Time.” The concept centered on cinematic imagery of real homeowners, direct typography, and a house shaped framing symbol. This visual system extended across billboards, bus shelters, and a wide range of digital and print assets, ensuring every touchpoint felt human centered. My role was to establish a design language that balanced empathy and clarity, creating a memorable presence where the visuals and copy could speak for themselves.
Featured Homeowners: Delwine Dorsey, Angela & Giana Morales, Ms. Nancy, Stephanie Knight-Graham.
*As a disclaimer these are concepts, which are not yet approved for paid distribution.
